1. Name of the proficiency test

Global proficiency testing schemes
The UILI ILP comprises the following four programs:

• 18^th UILI ILP 2018: Cations and anions in natural water
• 19^th UILI ILP 2018: Bituminous mixture and bitumen.
• 20^th UILI ILP 2018: Waxes, Free Acidity, Peroxide Value, UV Spectrophotometric Test, Fatty Acid Methyl Esters and Stigmastadienes in virgin olive oil
• 21^th UILI ILP 2018: Total energetic value (calories), Carbohydrates, Proteins, Total fat, Saturated fat, Trans fat, Dietary fiber, Ash, Total volatile loss by drying at 105 ºC, Iron, Sodium, Calcium, Phosphorus in corn flour.

21th		Grains	Corn flour	Total energetic value (calories), Carbohydrates, Proteins, Total fat, Saturated fat, Trans fat, Dietary fiber, Ash, Total volatile loss by drying at 105 º C, Iron, Sodium, Calcium, Phosphorus

[NOTE]
- No reports, including resubmitting, after due date are accepted.
- Date of sample distribution differs among participants according to application date and shipping condition.
