1. Name of the proficiency test

Global proficiency testing schemes
The UILI ILP comprises the following four programs:

• 10^th UILI ILP 2016: Cations and anions in natural water
• 11^th UILI ILP 2016: Fat, Dry Matter, Protein, Lactose, Urea and Freezing point in milk
• 12^th UILI ILP 2016: Waxes, Free Acidity, Peroxide Value, UV Spectrophotometric Test, Fatty Acid Methyl Esters and Stigmastadienes in virgin olive oil
• 13^th UILI ILP 2016: Nutritional labelling

12th		Fats and Oils	Olive oil	Waxes, Free Acidity, Peroxide Value, UV Spectrophotometric Test (K270/K268, K232 and Delta K), Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, heptadecanoic acid, heptadecenoic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, arachidic acid, gadoleic acid (eicosenoic), behenic acid, lignoceric acid) and Stigmastadienes.
13th		Grains	Corn flour	Total energetic value (calories), Carbohydrates, Proteins, Total fat, Saturated fat, Trans fat, Dietary fiber, Ash, Total volatile loss by drying at 105 º C, Iron, Sodium, Calcium, Phosphorus

(c) Deadline of reporting : August 31, 2016        
(d) Issue of final report : December, 2016        

[NOTE]
- No reports, including resubmitting, after due date are accepted.
- Date of sample distribution differs among participants according to application date and shipping condition.

You can also register at our website. Please subscribe for the 2016 program End-June 2016. Subscriptions for 2017 should be submitted before January 2017.
