With a heavy heart and great sadness I have been asked by dear Jane to inform you all of the death of her husband Ken to-day.

We have lost a valued colleague and personal friend. We have worked together in the interest of UILI and the international laboratory community for more than five decades. On many events Ken has been supported by Jane to events held on all continents of the world.

I have been asked to inform you that the date for the funeral is on 17th February, 2012 at 10:15am at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
