On behalf of the Governing Board I would like to invite you to become a member of our association. Please find enclosed a brief information regarding the worldwide association of independent laboratories named Union Internationale des Laboratories Indépendants or International Union of Independent Laboratories (UILI).
We are pleased to send you a copy of our membership application form which should be completed and returned to the office of the Secretary.
We encourage you to provide any additional information. If necessary, please use supplementary pages clearly indicating the paragraphs to which they refer.
Rest assured that all information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence.
I trust that your application shall result in your joining over 1000 UILI members of the laboratory industry located in over 22 countries around the world.
