IAF-ILAC Meeting Registration and Accommodation Information
Frankfurt April-May 2012

We are pleased to provide the details for the accommodation and registration arrangements for the mid-term IAF and ILAC 2012 meetings, to be held in Frankfurt, Germany from 27 April to 5 May 2012.

Accommodation
A block of rooms is being offered from Thursday 26 April to Saturday 05 May inclusive and details of the hotel amenities, special accommodation rate and booking instructions are provided in the attached zip file Registration Package Frankfurt 2012 in the document titled General Information IAF-ILAC Meetings April-May 2012.
You are requested to make your own accommodation bookings directly with the InterCityHotel Frankfurt.
Please Note: The reserved hotel rooms will be held for IAF and ILAC delegates until Friday 30 March 2012, after this date they will be released to the public. Reservations should therefore be made as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Meeting Registration and Payment
Details of the daily meeting registration costs are provided in the attached zip file Registration Package Frankfurt 2012 in the document titled General Information IAF-ILAC Meetings April-May 2012.
The registration package also includes the IAF-ILAC Meeting Registration and Payment Form that must be completed by each delegate and forwarded in accordance with the instructions provided, by Friday 30 March 2012.
